JOB TITLE: INSTALLATION TRAINEE

TO LEARN AND ASSISTS HEAD OF INSTALLATION ON PRODUCT INSTALLATION AT CUSTOMERS’ PLACE ON TIME WITH PRECISION AND CARE, ENSURING THAT KOLAY’S CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE EXPECTED OF THIS QUIETLY DEVELOPING RETAIL BUSINESS. THE INSTALLATION TRAINEE MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN INSTALLATION AND ADAPTABLE & EFFECTIVE LEARNER.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ENSURING ALL DUTIES DONE ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLATION HEAD’S INSTRUCTIONS.
DELIVERING A SERVICE BEYOND THE CUSTOMERS’ EXPECTATIONS
LOADING INSTALLATION EQUIPMENTS AND WALLPAPER INTO CAR AND CARRYING ALL THOSE ITEMS INTO CUSTOMERS’ HOMES PREPARE INSTALLATION DATA AFTER EACH INSTALLATION TASKS.
MAINTAINING THE CLEANLINESS AND TIDINESS AT CUSTOMER’S PLACE DURING INSTALLATION TO ENSURE A SAFE AND PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT
ATTEND ALL SCHEDULED INSTALLATION-SERVICES DURING NON-WORKING DAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
OBSERVE ALL THE INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES AND FOLLOW SAFE WORK PROCEDURES.
REPORT TO THE HEAD OF INSTALLATION ON ANY ENQUIRIES OR FEEDBACKS FROM CUSTOMERS.
TO CO-OPERATE WITH INSTALLATION HEAD CARRYING OUT THEIR DUTY AND PERFORM OTHER TASKS AS REQUIRED.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM SPM WITH CREDITS IN ENGLISH AND MALAY
COMPUTER LITERATE : MS EXCEL AND MS WORD
HARD WORKING, COMMITTED TOWARDS PROFESSION, GOOD ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUAL
ABLE TO USE BOTH BASIC HAND AND POWER TOOLS
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
WELL ORGANIZED
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

•ESTABLISHES, DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO GENERATE NEW BUSINESS FOR THE KOLAY
•MAKES TELEPHONE CALLS AND IN-PERSON VISITS AND PRESENTATIONS TO CUSTOMERS.
•RESEARCHES SOURCES FOR DEVELOPING PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS AND FOR INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THEIR POTENTIAL.
•DEVELOPS CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE WRITTEN PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS FOR CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS.
•EXPEDITES THE RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER PROBLEMS AND COMPLAINTS.
•COORDINATES SALES EFFORT WITH MARKETING AND SALES MANAGEMENT
•ANALYZES THE MARKET’S POTENTIAL AND DETERMINES THE VALUE OF EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS VALUE TO THE ORGANIZATION.
•CREATES AND MANAGES A CUSTOMER VALUE PLAN FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS HIGHLIGHTING PROFILE, SHARE AND VALUE
